Platinum Card has perks, slow points transfer

The only slight downside was when I tried to transfer some Membership Rewards points to Hilton Honors; it took a few more days than I anticipated for them to show up, which was a bit inconvenient for booking a specific hotel. Customer service was fine when I inquired, but it wasn't an instant process. Overall, good value for the yearly fee with all the benefits included.
